Garlic powder

One of my favourite spices: Garlic powder. It adds a nice taste to any steak or BBQ dish, as it doesn’t get as easily burned and bitter as the fresh and chunky garlic.

Get a good amount of fresh garlic bulbs

Peel the cloves

Cut the cloves in thin slices

Spread them on a baking tray and let them dry in the sun for a week or more

Crush with a blender when totally dry

And use it on steaks. Yummy :)
