There is plenty of time to think about things while driving endless roads during holidays. Many of the places on the North Island we have seen twice or three times by now. We even remember most of the routes, hills and landscape formations from our earlier visits.
We think that we there isn’t much left to be discovered, but there always is, I’m sure. You just have to look a bit closer and spend more time off the roads. Time we don’t really have this time – again – because of our tough schedule and big plans to go up north to see Cape Reinga.
Do you think we’ll come here again?
Who knows. There are so many beautiful spots on our little planet that we don’t know yet. From a statistical mathematical point of view we should say “no”, but it’s New Zealand, isn’t it?
