A rainy Sunday in Gisborne is like … a rainy Sunday anywhere in NZ: Empty streets, crowded Shopping Centres. After a disapointment about a postponed pumpkin fair in Gisborne this weekend, we chose the Tech Museum for our spot of the day. And it really was. It smells like Grampa’s garage and one of many lovely volunteers showed us around all of Grampa’s stuff. Not that we have never seen any old, rusty tools in our lives, but the collection and display was overwhelming.
