Here we’ve been stepping back in time a bit, accompanying the first settlers and their homes to their new lives here in New Zealand. Some of them are really scary barracs, smelly and wrecked (it makes one feel uncomfortable because it’s so real), others have almost today’s standard (but that’s not much in NZ).
