Obviously liking Tauranga, we stayed another day to explore the surroundings a little bit more, especially the kids urgently needed some walking. For that reason (and maybe we needed some sport, too) we decided that Waihi Beach and the Orokawa Bay track would suit us perfectly. And this wonderful beach is really worth it!
